We're expanding our team and looking for a Qualitative Project Coordinator (PC) with an obsessive eye for detail who excels at coordinating complex schedules.

The Role

As a Qualitative PC at Enos, you'll recruit and coordinate healthcare professionals for in-depth interviews, focus groups, and other qualitative research studies. Every detail matters. Every timezone counts. Every physician interaction represents Enos.

You'll manage everything from HCP outreach and screening to interview scheduling and day-of coordination. High-stakes logistics meets quality control.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Thrives on getting every detail exactly right
  • Loves the puzzle of coordinating schedules across timezones
  • Anticipates and prevents problems before they happen
  • Enjoys building rapport with physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Takes pride in working with expert clinicians on groundbreaking healthcare research

  • Maintain meticulous records of HCP interactions and study status

  • Ensure every physician has a positive experience with Enos

Project Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent qualitative studies at various stages
  • Track recruitment grids, exclusion lists, and participant histories
  • Adapt quickly when study requirements change mid-fielding
  • Follow up persistently with clients to keep projects moving forward

  • Exceptional organization: Track dozens of moving pieces without dropping anything
